I love to travel and have had the wonderful opportunity to travel throughout Europe, the Caribbean, Asia and the Middle East. My home away from home is the United Arab Emirates.

My diversity story:

Latoya Ming’s diversity story is rooted in her personal journey. Born in Jamaica and immigrated to Canada at a young age, had the benefit of being raised in one of the most diverse cities in the world. Her experiences with discrimination have fueled her commitment to creating safe spaces where difference is acknowledged and valued.


Latoya Ming is an accomplished and strategic executive leader with expertise in talent development, organizational development, intercultural competence, and change management. She is dedicated to building leadership capability and creating inclusive cultures.


She provides consultation, coaching, and training related to intercultural competence, inclusive leadership, and talent management strategies for organizations across Canada, the USA, and EMEA. With a strong focus on client satisfaction and inspirational thought leadership, Latoya has developed trusted relationships with key partners and stakeholders.


Latoya is currently completing her Executive Master of Business Administration, holds a Masters Certificate in Organization Development and Change and an undergraduate in Accounting. Certifications include ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Prosci Change Management, CliftonStrengths Global Coach, MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator), Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), and Workplace Fairness Analyst (WFA).
