LCW is thrilled to announce that Charles “Chuck” Adams has assumed a new role within the organization as Co-CEO & Managing Principal.
Chuck joined LCW as Managing Principal in February 2020, bringing with him nearly 20 years of experience working in community, education, and corporate diversity programs. In the time since, Chuck has been a crucial organizational leader, managing LCW’s training team, taking on high-level strategic projects, and ensuring client success throughout a period of rapid growth.
“My time at LCW has been largely characterized by the growth we have experienced,” said Chuck while reflecting on his two years with LCW. “Facilitating that growth, bringing on new innovative team members, and ensuring we continue to successfully partner with our clients has been a great challenge, but also a great pleasure. I’m excited and humbled to have the opportunity to continue that work on an even greater scale.”
In his new role, Chuck will continue utilizing his deep people and process skillset, as he leads LCW’s consulting, instructional design, multimedia, and translation teams while simultaneously shaping LCW’s strategic growth as we scale our vision and impact.
“Chuck brings deep, invaluable experience in DEI, coaching, leadership, vendor management, systems implementation, strategy, and so much more,” said Alisa Kolodizner, Co-CEO & Managing Partner. “Chuck’s impact is already evident in the success LCW has seen since he joined the organization. As our organization creates a bold new vision and strategy for the future, Chuck’s skillset will undoubtedly be instrumental to expanding our impact. I’m so excited to work alongside him as Co-CEO.”
This move represents LCW’s commitment to scaling our impact to create equity and opportunity for the most people possible. We’re excited to bring our long-term clients and new friends with us on our journey to create even more industry-leading DEI, inclusive leadership, and cultural competence solutions for years to come.
