As LCW enters it’s third decade, we’re pleased to announce the launch of the LCW Advisory Board.

Camille Chang Gilmore, Vice President, Human Resources & Global Chief Diversity Officer, Boston Scientific: While Camille’s leadership career in HR and D&I  began 15 years ago, it’s  her early years as a Jamaican Chinese immigrant to the US that shapes her work today as CDO at the world’s leading healthcare company.

Bernard C. Coleman III, Head of Employee Engagement, Gusto: A much sought-after speaker and columnist for publications like Inc. and Forbes, Bernard previously led diversity and inclusion efforts at Uber, Hillary for America, and the DNC.

Deb Dagit, President, Deb Dagit Diversity LLC: As the former CDO at Merck and currently the owner of her own firm, Deb Dagit’s trailblazing spirit has earned her countless accolades and recognition particularly in the area of people with disabilities.

Noor-ul-ain (Noor) Hasan, Former Editor-in-Chief, California Law Review: An alumna of Allstate Insurance’s Diversity & Inclusion team, Noor’s third year in Law School has seen many highs, including being recognized as a member of the first all-women class of top law journal editors.

Mita Mallick, Head of Diversity and Cross Cultural Marketing, Unilever: With her innovative approach to branding and storytelling, Mita has been a catalyst for introducing impactful DEI programming at Unilever and it’s partners, globally.

Helen Mills, Former Global Client Relationship Director, Willis Towers Watson: With deep consulting expertise at Aon and Willis Towers Watson, Helen’s global expertise in human capital and talent management is unparalleled.

Joel Rogers, CEO, Compliance Wave: One of LCW’s longest-tenured partners, Joel’s brings decades of expertise in behavior change science, technology, and entrepreneurship in the Corporate Compliance space.
