LCW is pleased to announce another exciting expansion of our team. We are proud to welcome two new Associate Consultants to the organization and celebrate the promotion of two team members to the Principal Consultant role and the promotion of one team member to the Consultant role.
Nassise Geleta and Hannah Strack join the LCW team as our newest Associate Consultants. Nassise brings program management experience to her role, as well as a thorough understanding of communications practices, particularly within the context of institutional and structural racism and bias. Hannah joins LCW with 5+ years’ experience in project management, leadership development, and customer service.
“Nassise and Hannah bring versatile skillsets that will allow them to quickly be able to support clients and help deliver the high-impact training and services LCW is known for,” said Alisa Kolodizner, Co-CEO and Managing Partner.
Additionally, Dan Gough and Tamara Thorpe have been promoted to the role of Principal Consultant. Co-CEO and Managing Principal Chuck Adams shared these thoughts about their promotion:

Similarly, Tamara’s time as a Senior Consultant was characterized by her incredible ability to adapt to varied and demanding client needs as partner, consultant, facilitator, coach, and content designer.”
In their new roles, Dan and Tamara will join LCW Principal Consultant Sarah Nodarse in forming LCW’s Consulting Leadership Team.
Finally, Conner Williams has been promoted to the role of Consultant. Principal Consultant Tamara Thorpe adds what she appreciates about Conner, “As an Associate Consultant, Conner approached his work with diligence and zeal and is always willing to learn and grow. There’s no doubt that these skills will make him an incredibly successful consultant.”
