Charles “Chuck” Adams has joined LCW as a Managing Principal, a newly created role that straddles the areas of operations and consulting.

Chuck has nearly 20 years of experience in community, education, and corporate diversity and inclusion programs. Prior to joining LCW, Chuck occupied various leadership roles in Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Diversity and Inclusion, and most recently, Global Compliance.  There he managed technology platforms supporting training delivery for associates and also earned recognition as a Master Facilitator in the Crosscultural/Diversity Power of Worldviews training program.
