She provides consultation, coaching, and training related to intercultural competence, inclusive leadership, and talent management strategies for organizations across Canada, the USA, and EMEA. With a strong focus on client satisfaction and inspirational thought leadership, Latoya has developed trusted relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
Latoya is currently completing her Executive Master of Business Administration, holds a Masters Certificate in Organization Development and Change and an undergraduate in Accounting. Certifications include ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Prosci Change Management, CliftonStrengths Global Coach, MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator), Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), and Workplace Fairness Analyst (WFA).
