Andrea Wicks Bowles has a strong track record working with clients to meet business objectives through strategic talent management, diversity, equity and inclusion, and management support. Her career has benefited from working at progressive companies such as Work/Family Directions, Bright Horizons, Jennifer Brown Consulting, and now LCW. Identifying the intersection of culture, employee wellbeing, business priorities, and diversity is her strength. She has worked with clients and organizations domestically as well as in Canada, India, Ireland, Mexico, Panama, Singapore, and the UK to strategically consider business priorities, identify barriers to employee engagement, and implement strategies for building an inclusive workplace culture. Engaging employers to participate in supporting the workforce and the communities where they live and work has been her career focus.
Andrea has presented at national and international venues such as the Conference Board, National Human Resource Development India, National Business Group on Health, Working Mother, World@Work, and the World Forum Foundation. She has a BA in Sociology from the University of Colorado Boulder, an M.S. in Educational Leadership from Bank Street College, a DEI Certificate from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business, and is an alumnus of the Denver Community Leadership Program. Andrea lives with her family in Northern NJ.
