Maya is a Localization Specialist with 14+ years of experience in the industry, practicing various roles in project management and customer success management.
Born and raised in Antwerp, Belgium, she studied linguistics and translation in college to move on to becoming a project manager in a translation agency. Through this work she took on the challenge to start operations in a new office in the US, landing her in Atlanta, GA. Since then, she has been mainly active in various project management and customer success roles.
Maya also has an interest in DTP and graphic design and practices her DTP skills as a freelancer on the side. In the rest of her spare time, she enjoys swimming, kayaking, tap dancing and discovering the world through travel.
