Conner joined LCW in the spring of 2020 as the Office Manager. He brings his experience in sales, marketing, and program experience to the team, and his goal is to help LCW grow and flourish. He was promoted to the Associate Consultant role in May of 2021 and to the Consultant role in July 2022. He will use his experience in project and program management to develop standardized processes and procedures to assist his teammates in their everyday lives.
Conner moved to Chicago in the summer of 2017. Prior to this move and his start at LCW, he lived and worked in Tuscaloosa, Alabama in the Student Housing Industry, working as the General Manager of an apartment community there. He attributes much of his cultural competence to being able to work with many different students from all walks of life, giving him access to different points of view, frames of mind, and values of life. Conner recently relocated to Minneapolis, where he, his partner, and their cat can continue to learn and grow.
Raised in middle-Georgia, Conner attended and received his Bachelor’s in English from Kennesaw State University. In 2020, Conner successfully completed the Co-Active Training Institute’s Coach Training Program, and in 2022 he became a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) as well as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
